DESCRIPTION: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Scot Forge for procurement of casting, forging and machining blanks complete to print in accordance with the applicable part drawings and made of high quality Inconel 625 and Nickel Aluminum Bronze at the below sizes:

FAR Inconel 625, roughly 100 ID x 115 OD x 5 tall, approx. 3,300 lbs finished

AAR Inconel 625, roughly 95 ID x 115 OD x 10 tall (L-Shaped), approx. 5,500 lbs finished

IH Blank Nickel-Aluminum Bronze, 24 ID x 50 OD x 65 tall (68 OD flange at approx. mid height), approx. 22,000 lbs finished

Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Scot Forge for procurement of casting, forging and machining blanks complete to print in accordance with the applicable part drawings and made of high quality Inconel 625 and Nickel Aluminum Bronze. The contract is for the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) responsible for the design, manufacture, and repair propellers for the US Navy.
