The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W52P1J-21-R-3018 for Metal Container Assembly in support of AN-M14. This solicitation will result in a 5 year Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negoiation, as a non-commercial item solicitation.

Background
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) issues Solicitation W52P1J-21-R-3018 for Metal Container Assembly in support of AN-M14. This solicitation will result in a 5-year Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This solicitation is issued in accordance with Contracting by Negotiation, as a non-commercial item solicitation. The requirement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under 332999 - All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing.

Work Details
Metal Container Assembly, Hermetic Can, AN-M14. The minimum guarantee will be obligated by the first delivery order awarded simultaneously with the base IDIQ contract. The Maximum Quantity for the resulting contract will be 500,000 each of Metal Container Assemblies. Offerors shall provide a completed Price Matrix - Attachment 0001. Metal Container Assembly shall be IAW Attachment 0002 – Drawing 13019722 Rev E dated 05 December 2014, Attachment 0003 – Quality Assurance Provisions (QAP) dated 09 January 2015, and Contact Data Requirements List (CDRL) – Exhibit A.

5-year Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract
