Description

To furnish and install high-speed enterprise internet, managed commercial Wi-Fi, and digital TV cable services in three Marine Corps Mess Halls, with installation occurring in a phased manner beginning with 1880 10th Street, followed by 1660 8th Street and 1460 3rd Street. The effort enhances connectivity and morale for military personnel.

Background
The contract is issued by the Marine Corps with the objective of enhancing connectivity and morale for military personnel through the installation of high-speed enterprise internet, managed commercial Wi-Fi, and digital TV cable services in three Marine Corps Mess Halls.

The contractor for this project is Charter Communications Operating, LLC (Spectrum Enterprise).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a turnkey installation of 500 Mbps enterprise internet and MR28 managed Wi-Fi, along with full deployment of SBB Deluxe cable TV including all required equipment.

The scope includes structured cabling and setup for TVs and network access points, testing, validation, and documentation of each site. Coordination with on-site government personnel for phased access and installation is required. Additionally, ongoing support and maintenance will be provided for a 12-month term per site from the date of activation.

Deliverables include fully installed and operational systems at each site, configuration documentation, floor plans, access credentials, and system validation results such as speed tests and connectivity.

Period of Performance
12 months per site, beginning upon activation.

Place of Performance
Installation will occur at three Marine Corps Mess Halls located at 1880 10th Street, 1660 8th Street, and 1460 3rd Street.
