Description

Background
The U.S. Government is seeking services to provide facilities, curriculum development, personnel support, lodging, food service, and robotics equipment and instructors for the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) Cadet Leadership Challenge / Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (JCLC/STEM) Leadership Academy for 77 cadets/cadre for four days. The U.S. Government desires to procure these services on a small business set-aside basis.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all supplies, equipment, facilities, and services necessary for the performance of the contract. This includes providing lodging accommodations, food service support, furniture, equipment, supplies, management, supervision, and labor. Additionally, the contractor must develop a curriculum to support a minimum of one STEM challenge to be executed by cadets attending the academy. The tasks also include providing hands-on STEM related activities, practical exercises to develop a STEM leadership project, problem-based learning activities,

site visits to STEM related work sites,

team building and leadership development activities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a four-day period from June 5-8, 2023.

The performance location is Texas.
