Description

The work is to be performed in an effort to meet the requirements of SEC370 of the Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2021. Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) is required to carefully remove and relocate the Confederate Memorial located in Section 16 of the property. This work will be performed in accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act (as amended) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
