Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) Resupply Vehicle (RSV) Conversion

Background
The Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS) at Quantico, VA 22134 intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a noncompetitive basis to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Oshkosh Defense, LLC. The purpose of the contract is to convert the Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) Extra Long Wheelbase (XLWB) non-reducible height (AMK27/28) or reducible height (AMK27A1/28A1) Armored Cargo vehicles into the Resupply Vehicle (RSV), AMK37 or new AMK37A1 configuration. This conversion of vehicles will support the activation of up to 14 Navy Marine Corps Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System (NMESIS) batteries to include other emerging long-range fire capabilities requirements in Fiscal Years (FY) 24-28.

Work Details
The contract involves the conversion of Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) Extra Long Wheelbase (XLWB) non-reducible height (AMK27/28) or reducible height (AMK27A1/28A1) Armored Cargo vehicles into the Resupply Vehicle (RSV), AMK37 or new AMK37A1 configuration. The Resupply System (RSS) consists of Resupply Trailer (RSTs) and RSVs. Oshkosh Defense, LLC has been identified as the sole source for this requirement due to their unique and specific knowledge of the RSS design, configuration, integration, assembly, and manufacturing procedures necessary to satisfy the United States Marine Corps requirement.

Period of Performance
The contract is estimated for award in the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2024 with an approximate ordering period of 60 months.
