Medium Range Tanker Time Charter   3

Background
The solicitation is for a Medium Range Tanker Time Charter. The purpose of this amendment is to reopen and revise the solicitation. The contract, when awarded, will consist of the completed Standard Form (SF) 1449, the Preamble, and Parts I through IX. The contract will have a base period of 1 year with three 1-year options and one final option for 11 months. This acquisition is conducted under full and open competition.

Work Details
The work includes the charter hire for the base period and four options, each with charter hire and reimbursable services. The Vessel and all Associated Equipment shall be delivered to the Charterer at a port or place not later than 1600 hours local time at place of delivery on the canceling date stated in Box 5. The Vessel shall be redelivered at a port or place as specified in Box 3. The Charterer shall exercise due diligence to order the Vessel to safe berths or places that the Vessel can approach, lie at, and depart from always accessible, always afloat.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of 1 year with three 1-year options and one final option for 11 months.

Place of Performance
The place of delivery is IVO Pearl Harbor, HI, and the place/range of redelivery is Western Pacific/Sea of Japan with an intention for Hakozako, Japan.
