Medium Landing Ship (LSM) Industry Day: NEW LOCATION UPDATE   4

Background
Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in support of Program Executive Office SHIPS (PEO SHIPS), PMS 317 is announcing an Industry Day to engage with industrial sources interested in Detail Design and Construction (DD&C) of the Medium Landing Ship (LSM). This Industry Day event serves as an opportunity to engage with Industry Partners, discuss LSM requirements, shipbuilding plans, and gather strategic market research. The LSM Industry Day is also a forum for Industry Partners to learn from PMS 317’s Principal Assistant Program Managers (PAPMs), Assistant Program Managers (APMs), engineers, and functional directors (e.g. technical, sustainment, and cybersecurity) as they host focused briefing on LSM; as well as, Questions and Answers/discussions about any challenges.

Work Details
Medium Landing Ship (LSM) Industry Day: NAVSEA is inviting interested companies to an Industry Day Event in Washington, DC on August 31, 2023. The event will be held at R&P Technologies, 1201 M Street SE, Suite 240, Washington DC, 20003. Participants are required to pre-register for this event. Registration will open on August 1, 2023, and will close on August 24, 2023. Due to space limitations, a maximum of two individuals per company are permitted to attend. Each attendee is required to register individually for the event. An agenda will be provided after participant registration. In order to facilitate the discussion, participants are requested to submit any questions in writing by August 24, 2023.
