Background
The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) is issuing this solicitation for the refurbishment of medical waste disposal incinerators. The goal of the contract is to restore one large and one small medical waste incinerator located at the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center (JSOMTC) at Fort Bragg, NC, to full functionality while adhering to all applicable regulations and standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform a complete refurbishment and retrofit of two existing dual-chamber medical waste incinerators. Key tasks include:

1. Providing all necessary project management, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision.
2. Ensuring zero structural or utility modifications to the existing facility.
3. Rebuilding the large incinerator and retrofitting the small incinerator with a minimum burn rate of 350 lbs/hour for the large unit and 200 lbs/hour for the small unit.
4. Conducting site visits to confirm existing conditions and finalize installation plans.
5. Installing necessary components such as PLC controllers, hydraulic loading doors, refractory-lined stacks, burners, controls, and steel work.
6. Arranging freight and crane services for equipment delivery and installation.
7. Fully commissioning both units post-installation to ensure operational readiness.
8. Providing on-site training for up to five government personnel on system operation and maintenance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is twenty-four (24) weeks from the date of award.

This opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must demonstrate technical capability in refurbishing industrial equipment, comply with security and environmental regulations, provide proof of an active CMMC Level 1 / NIST SP 800-171 Self-Assessment in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), and submit a detailed project schedule.
