Description

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), in support of the Defense Health Agency Medical Logistics (DHA MEDLOG) Directorate, awarded a contract to the Emergency Care Research Institute (ECRI) located at 5200 Butler Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19642-1203 on a Sole Source Basis in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) - Unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements as ECRI is the only vendor capable of providing the Authoritative Data Exchange and Database Subscription Services.
