Medical Locum Provider Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 75H70922Q-012 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR part 12, Commercial Items, FAR 15, Contracting by Negotiation, FAR 37.4 Non-Personal Healthcare Services Contracts and HHSAR Subpart 326.6, Acquisitions Under the Buy Indian Act. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06.

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Billings Area Indian Health Services anticipates awarding multiple Firm Fixed Priced type Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts for Medical Locum Providers at Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana.

Work Details
The contract requires medical locum provider services including OB/GYN Physician, Nurse Midwife, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Family Practice Physician, Hospitalist Physician, ER Physicians, ER Nurse Practitioner, and Outpatient Mid Levels – NP/PA. Offerors must propose an all-inclusive hourly rate and bid on all items specified in the price schedule to be considered for award.

Period of Performance
Performance of this contract is intended to start on November 1, 2022, through October 31, 2023 with three (3) 12-month option years. The period of performance shall be extended according to the specified schedule for each option year.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana.
