Medical Instructor/Operator Support Services (MIOSS)   2

Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-APG) Orlando, representing the Capability Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, Test & Threat (CPE ST3), is seeking proposals for Medical Instructor/Operator Support Services (MIOSS). The goal of this contract is to ensure continuous and uninterrupted instructor/operator support for Medical Simulation Training Centers (MSTCs) and other training events across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services under the MIOSS contract:

1. Monthly Operational Support Services as outlined in the MSTC MIOSS Performance Work Statement.

2. Travel reimbursement for allowable expenses incurred during contract performance, authorized by the Government.

3. Surge support as requested in accordance with the MSTC MIOSS Performance Work Statement.

4. Furnishing necessary Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).

5. Performing Service Contract Reporting as required for services rendered during the preceding fiscal year.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a base period followed by four one-year option periods, allowing for ongoing support over an extended timeframe.

This solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must demonstrate compliance with staffing credentials, including maintaining a Mandatory Minimum Staffing Baseline (MMSB) as defined in the Performance Work Statement.
