Background
The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a requirement for Medical Instruction Support Services for the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Medical Courses offered by the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center (JSOMTC), US Army John F Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). This requirement is 100% set-aside for 8(a) certified small businesses and the evaluation will be conducted as a Best Value Trade-Off approach in accordance with Defense Supplement (DFARS) Part 215.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide instruction and medical instruction writing support in all the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Medical Skills Sustainment Course (SOCMSSC) and Special Operations Combat Medic (SOCM) /Special Forces Medic Sergeant (SFMS) Courses, and Special Forces Medical Sergeant Skills Sustainment Course (SFMS3) offered by the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center (JSOMTC), US Army John F Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, US Army Special Operations Command, Fort Liberty, NC, as defined in draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall teach all classes identified as contractor taught in strict accordance with the Program of Instruction (POI) and lesson plans approved by . The Contractor shall perform in accordance with the terms of the contract and consistently with the established standards in the PWS and contract.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance includes a 30-day phase in, 11-month base year with four (4) one-year option years.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance is Fort Liberty, North Carolina.
