Background

The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with ANSI/AAMI/ISO medical-grade standards for water quality used in clinical settings.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, materials, testing kits, and equipment to perform the following services:
- Conduct AAMI Water Chemical Analysis and LAL Endotoxin Testing for the Sterile Processing and Hemodialysis departments at specified frequencies (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual).
- Perform annual Fluid Balance Testing on all Hemodialysis machines.
- Deliver detailed test reports within 10 business days of sample collection, certifying compliance with applicable ANSI/AAMI/ISO standards.
- Immediately notify government personnel of any failed tests and conduct re-testing within 24 hours.

One (1) 12-Month Base Year beginning 15 July 2026 plus four (4) consecutive 12-Month Option Years.
