The purpose of amendment W9114F26QA003-0001 is to:

A. ADJUST PARAGRAPH 52.212-1(H) MULTIPLE AWARDS IN THE ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS.
B. ADJUST THE EVALUATION PROCEDURE IN ADDENDUM TO EVALUATION.

1. CONTRACT INFORMATION

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Europe (MRCO-EUR) issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) for deliveries of medical and industrial gases for the Medial Readiness Command-Europe (MRC-EUR).

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to ensure all gases are delivered as defined in this Contract Requirements Description (CRD) except as specified in Section 3 of the CRD, Government Furnished Facilities, Equipment, Material, for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) / Medical Readiness Command, Europe (MRC-EUR). The estimated quantities which may be ordered against the resulting contract are as indicated in the Schedule of Supplies herein.

2. ORDERING PERIODS

Ordering Period 1: 1 October 2025 - 30 September 2026
Ordering Period 2: 1 October 2026 - 30 September 2027
Ordering Period 3: 1 October 2027 - 30 September 2028
Ordering Period 4: 1 October 2028 - 30 September 2029
