The purpose of this amendment is to update the Medical Gases Master List and to extend the date of submission.

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - East, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Medical Gases supply and delivery in support of Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. Proposals shall conform to the requirements of Addendum to 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and the terms and conditions of this Combined Synopsis Solicitation.
This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted.
This solicitation number W91YTZ25QA066 is a request for quote (RFQ).
The ordering period for the BPA will be a 5 year ordering period, 01 August 2025 through 31 July 2030.

Background
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - East is soliciting a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply and delivery of medical gases to support Blanchfield Army Community Hospital located in Fort Campbell, KY. This requirement is essential for ensuring the availability of medical gases necessary for patient care. The BPA will be effective for a five-year period from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2030.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to supply medical gases including but not limited to:
1. Nitrous Oxide Refills
2. Nitrous Oxide Rental Cylinders
3. Air USP CGA 950/CO

All medical gases must conform to specifications set by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and the National Formulary. The contractor is responsible for periodic tank testing, repairs as needed, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations. Delivery locations include:
- Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, 650 Joel Drive, Ft Campbell KY 42223
- Fort McCoy Occupational Health Clinic, 1679 S. 10th Ave, Fort McCoy WI 54656
- Fort McCoy Soldier Processing Center, 2699 W Regimental Ave, Ft McCoy WI 54656
- RIA Troop Medical Clinic, 1 Rodman Ave Bldg 110, Rock Island, IL 61299.
