Small Business Set-Aside (Restricted)

This is a non-personal services requirement. The Contractor will provide all personnel, services, equipment and transportation required to complete each effort. This contract will provide, medical project support services, facility support services, quantity verification and analysis services, project development support services and commissioning support services. Upon award of a contract Task Order, offerors shall perform to the specific tasks, requirements, and Period of Performance, unique to each individual Task Order. Task Orders will be executed for one, some or all efforts for project support services, facility support services, project development support services, and/or commissioning services on behalf of DoD and other designated Federal agencies for DoD medical facilities located within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. No work outside of the contiguous United States will be considered under this acquisition. It is critical that offerors possess extensive experience related to military medical facility operations and comply with mandatory Federal, State, and military regulations and standards.
