The purpose of this announcement is to invite interested firms to a Virtual Industry Day via Facebook Live that will allow the Government to gather information for market research, and allow the Government to provide valuable information to industry LIVE. The agenda will consist of an overview of the Scope of work, planned acquisition strategy, tips and best practices for Small Business, and a Question and Answer (Q&A) session. We encourage Large and Small Business participation.

PROJECT INFORMATION

The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center in Huntsville (CEHNC) Alabama anticipates awarding a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The estimated shared program capacity for the requirement is approximately $150 million over a potential duration of five (5) years. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 - Facilities Support Services.

CEHNC is seeking qualified firms to procure general project support services, facility operation & maintenance, facility support services, project development services, quantity verification and analysis services, commissioning, occupancy support services, and facilities system support for customers of Department of Defense (DoD) and other designated Federal agencies within the contiguous United States (U.S.), to include Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories; and, outside the Contiguous U.S. such as, Korea, Japan, Germany and Italy, to achieve mission objectives of U.S. Government medically-related activities. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.
