Medical Examination Services

Background
The United States Secret Service (USSS) is seeking a vendor to provide Medical Examination Services. This contract aims to support the agency's mission by ensuring that personnel undergo necessary medical evaluations and screenings, which are critical for maintaining operational readiness and health standards within the agency.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following services:

1. HQ Clinic Support, which includes administrative and logistical support for medical examinations;

2. Medical Examination Services, encompassing comprehensive health assessments for personnel;

3. Immunization Services, ensuring that all personnel receive necessary vaccinations as per health regulations.

The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed Price agreement with specific tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must adhere to quality assurance measures as detailed in the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), which includes monitoring performance, documenting results, and coordinating with government representatives.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple years, starting from September 15, 2025, to September 14, 2026, with options for additional years extending through September 14, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the USSS Headquarters located at 950 H Street NW, Washington DC, 20223.
