Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is dedicated to improving the health of American Indians and Alaska Natives. The Nashville Area Office is conducting this procurement to support the Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center (MATHC) in Charles City, Virginia, which serves several tribes in the region. The MATHC aims to provide comprehensive primary care services, and the acquisition of medical equipment and supplies is essential for its operational readiness.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase and delivery of various medical equipment and supplies necessary for the MATHC to function effectively. The items include but are not limited to: EKG machines, otoscopes, bladder scanners, nebulizers, vital machines, trash cans, AEDs, scales, exam chairs, pediatric scales, thermometers, gloves of various sizes, PPE items, and many other essential medical supplies.

A detailed pricing schedule is required for all listed items with quantities specified. For example:
1. EKG machine - 1 Each
2. Otoscope (can be in one wall system w/ ophthalmoscope) - 5 Each
3. Bladder scanner - 1 Each
4. Nebulizers - 3 Each
5. Vitals machine (auto BP, thermometer, pulse ox) - 5 Each
... up to 150 different items.

Period of Performance
Delivery of the Medical Equipment and Supplies is preferred within 90 days of the award date.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Indian Health Service Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center located in Charles City, Virginia.
