The Defense Health Agency's (DHA), Medical Education & Training Campus (METC), (J4) requires Advisory and Program Management Support services. The services will include support, assistance, advice, and/or training. The requirement is to develop plans, programs and procedures; make recommendations on organizational policy and/or directives; accomplish data analysis and lessons learned development; draft reports; provide reviews, evaluations and recommendations on subjects of highly specialized areas of concern; conduct coordination efforts with program sponsors, management and technical personnel, support organizations and outside agencies; and supplement METC Faculty and Staff's knowledge and expertise in the areas of (but not limited to) instructional delivery processes, curriculum development, course evaluation, academic counseling, and instructional qualification records.
