Medicaid Data Collection Tool (MDCT) - CMS is seeking responses from MAS Contract Holders (i.e., respondents) for meeting the Government's needs as described in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). CMS contemplates an acquisition of commercial, severable services for the base and option periods specified. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. CMS will rely on the determination made by GSA at the FSS contract level, as shown in GSA E-Library. The Request for Quote (RFQ) terms and accompanying documents are attached. Phase 1 quotes must be submitted via GSA's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), Category 54151S: Information Technology Professional Services, on or before the RFQ closing date of October 16, 2023 by 10:00am EST. Phase 1 quotes must be submitted via GSA's eBuy. Offerors must cite their GSA MAS Contract Number in the quote submission. See attached RFQ and accompanying attachments for additional information.
