This initiative aims to assess public sentiment and stakeholder perceptions regarding the Marine Corps' actions in the Indo-Pacific region. The contract includes a base period plus four option years, emphasizing the importance of real-time monitoring in today's complex information environment.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of Media Monitoring Software for print, broadcast, web-based, and social media monitoring and analysis. Key specifications include:
- Quantity: 1 Each for the base year and each option year (total of 5 years).
- Users: Access for five (5) users with unlimited downloads and nationwide monitoring capabilities.
- The software must support near real-time tracking, AI-assisted analysis, customizable dashboards, and Boolean search capabilities.
- It should monitor content from various platforms including Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Sina Weibo, and Vkontakte across local, national, and international outlets.
- Broadcast news clips must be downloadable within one hour of airing or publication.
- The platform should provide analytics on engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, reach, and metadata.
- English translations for all monitored content in native languages are required.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base period with four additional 12-month option periods.

This is a web-based service accessible from various government-operated systems; no physical installation is required.
