Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Pakistan will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

This solicitation is for Media Monitoring Services. U.S. Embassy Islamabad requires the services of a contractor to monitor Pakistani television news broadcasts, newspapers, specified YouTube Channels, and social media on a daily basis (365 days a year) for information relating to, or of interest to, the U.S. Government on all of the channels/newspapers and in social media.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price.

The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference (if requested by the offerors) and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.

This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)

Background

Period of Performance
The anticipated performance period includes a base year with four one-year option periods, contingent upon government exercise.

The services will be performed in Pakistan.
