The U.S. Embassy in Islamabad requires media monitoring services to better understand how the United States is portrayed in Pakistani media. The contract aims to provide detailed and accurate reports on Pakistani television, newspapers, and social media.

Work Details
The contractor will monitor Pakistani television news broadcasts, newspapers, specified YouTube Channels, and social media daily for information related to the U.S. Government. Reports should cover topics such as U.S. government-related news, American companies or individuals involved in terrorism or economic growth, and Pakistani national news including politics and human rights.

The contractor must provide early morning press headlines, summaries of trending social media hashtags, full print articles, weekend summaries, short analytical reports on specific topics, and video clips of televised stories with summaries in English. Monitoring should occur 365 days a year with products delivered seven days a week.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a base year from April 01, 2022 to March 31, 2023, with two one-year optional periods extending to March 31, 2025.
