Media Monitoring Services U.S. Embassy, Islamabad   3

This solicitation is for Media Monitoring Services. U.S. Embassy Islamabad requires the services of a contractor to monitor Pakistani television news broadcasts, newspapers, specified YouTube Channels, and social media on a daily basis (365 days per year) for information relating to, or of interest to, the U.S. Government on all of the channels/newspapers and in social media. The anticipated performance period is for a base year with two optional one-year periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract.
