The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Office of Acquisitions (OA) is considering a Single Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Professional Services - Marketing and Public Relations, Category 541430, Graphic Design Services. This is a best value procurement being conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 8.404. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-5. The purpose of the BPA is to provide the SEC with Media, Graphic, Editorial, Digital and Other Communications Support Services. The anticipated period of performance for the BPA is five years (base year plus 4 option years). BPA award will be made on a Best-Value basis. It is anticipated that Call orders will be placed on a service area basis. The Statement of Work (SOW) for required services is included herein, and the services will be procured in accordance with GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS)/Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) procedures. Quoters are strongly encouraged to quote discounted pricing from established GSA prices.
