MEDCOM G9 / Health Facilities Planning Agency (HFPA) Project Support, San Antonio, TX.

Background
The MEDCOM G9/HFPA Project Support contract is issued by the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) to provide support services for the Health Facilities Planning Agency (HFPA) in San Antonio, TX. The goal of this contract is to assist the MEDCOM G9/HFPA office in conducting various support services that enhance the management and operation of medical facilities, ensuring they meet the needs of military personnel and their families.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a variety of tasks including: conducting periodic progress meetings with the Government's Contracting Officer (KO) and/or Contracting Officer Representative (COR), managing records related to information management, ensuring information security protocols are followed, and providing a full range of functional expertise in records management. Specific duties include:

- Organizing and leading kickoff meetings to establish communication and clarify task requirements.
- Documenting meeting minutes and submitting them within 48 hours for review.
- Managing records through creating, capturing, registering, classifying, indexing, storing, retrieving, and disposing of records.
- Ensuring compliance with information security measures including signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Participating in physical security measures such as obtaining Common Access Cards (CACs).
- Developing a Quality Control Plan (QCP) within ten business days post-award.
- Providing training and oversight to project teams while managing multiple concurrent projects effectively.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in DoD Medical Facility Programs or Facility Project Management with at least 5 years of experience. They must also have a business degree in Business, Analytics or related fields. Key personnel qualifications include:

- Proven experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Army Real Property Systems like HQIIS and DAIS.
- Ability to manage programs or multiple concurrent projects effectively. Additionally, all contractor employees must complete AT Level I awareness training within 30 days of contract start.
