Background
The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract Vehicle for Medallia Software as a Service (SaaS) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The contract aims to provide Medallia Software as a Service (SaaS) under the Schedule of Supplies and Services.

Work Details

The total contract value is inclusive of all ordering periods. The contract also includes clauses related to software license, maintenance, technical support, contract minimum guarantee, ordering procedures, contract administration data, accounting and appropriation data, commercial products and services, technology accessibility, and implementation of statutes or executive orders.

Period of Performance
