The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide responses to questions received and provide revised documents, Atch A, Atch B, Atch D and Atch F as well as updates to RFP.. This amendment extends the closing date to 1:00PM CST on 20 Jan 2022.

This is a non-personnel services contract to provide requirements and modeling and simulations support services at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas; in support of the Capabilities Development Integration Directorate (CDID), Futures and Concepts Center (FCC).

The deadline for the submittal of all Questions/Comments/Exceptions is Friday 17 Dec 2021 at 12:00 P.M. (noon) CST. Questions shall be submitted on and in the format delineated in Attachment B, Questions_Answers Matrix.

Background
This is a non-personnel services contract to provide requirements and modeling and simulations support services at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas; in support of the Capabilities Development Integration Directorate (CDID), Futures and Concepts Center (FCC). The mission of the Medical CDID is to provide administrative, technical, and analytical support of Army concept development, experimentation, capability development and evaluation of materiel solution; modeling and simulation (M&S) support of Army Health System concepts, capabilities and organizations; input involving force modernization capability development actions across Doctrine Organization Training Materiel Leadership and Education Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF) domains.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide administrative, technical, and analytical support of Army concept development, experimentation, capability development and evaluation of materiel solution; modeling and simulation (M&S) support of Army Health System concepts, capabilities and organizations; input involving force modernization capability development actions across Doctrine Organization Training Materiel Leadership and Education Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF) domains.
The period of performance for the contract is from 15 Feb 2022 to 14 Feb 2023.
