THERE WILL NOT BE A SITE VISIT FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL QUESTIONS FOR THIS REQUIREMENT WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED TO ME BY TOMORROW AUGUST 28, 2025.

The Government has a requirement for Mechanicsburg Flooring. Please see all attached documents and answer them fully.

Please be aware that the language for providing a proposal is found in the soliciation clause 52.212-1 bottom of the clause.

Questions are due to the Government POC ronald.e.witt4.civ@mail.mil no later than 28 August 2025 2:00PM Central Time.

The Government should have all questions addressed three (3) business days after questions and back to all contractors in SAM.gov. If it takes longer, the Government will extend the solicitation due date.

All proposals are due to the Government via email ronald.e.witt4.civ@mail.mil by 17 September 2025 2:00PM Central Time.

Please be aware that the Government shall not accept partial proposals. In addition, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THEIR PROPOSAL AMOUNTS ON ATTACHMENT 2, CLIN PRICING SHEET.

If the contractor wants to provide, pricing in addition to the requested excel sheet, they may but it has to at least be captured on ATTACHMENT 2, CLIN PRICING SHEET.

Last the contractor shall have at least the NAICS 333415 in their CAGE code through SAM.gov in order to provide a proposal.

Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) operates datacenters that provide routine and mission-critical computer processing resources to various government agencies 24/7. The goal of this contract is to ensure high availability and redundancy at a Tier III redundant datacenter.

The Mechanicsburg Data Center requires upgrades as its Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH) units and electrical equipment have reached their end of life, necessitating replacement to prevent downtime or mission loss.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Add (12) 30-ton CRAH units and (2) 40-ton CRAH units in room 118D and room 217.
2. Redo the circuits to the replaced CRAH units for dual fed CRAH units.
3. Remove/replace the Power Distribution Unit (PDU) with a Remote Distribution Cabinet (RDC) in room 201.
4. Remove/replace (2) PDU/Static Transfer Switch (STS) pairs in room 203A with PDU pairs.
5. Remove/replace identified RDCs in rooms 201, 203, and 203A.
6. Ensure all items are bidirectionally interfaced and displayed graphically on the current Iconics/Genesis 64 system for monitoring and control of new automated control valves, well filter, CRAH unit, and side stream filter. SPEC LLC will perform the control work.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on September 22, 2025, with a completion date anticipated by September 21, 2026.
