Meat/Frozen/Premade Items 2nd Qtr. FY 2025

Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of meat, frozen, and premade items for the 2nd Quarter of Fiscal Year 2025. The goal of this contract is to provide essential food supplies to federal correctional facilities, ensuring that inmates receive nutritious meals in compliance with established dietary standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to supply a variety of meat and frozen premade items as specified in the attached National Menu Specifications Quote Sheet. The following items are included in the schedule:

1. Tortillas, Corn, Round - 50,040 each
2. Tortilla Chips, Corn - 4,500 lbs
3. French Toast, Frozen - 72,000 each
4. Hummus, Prepared - 5,000 each
5. Biscuits, Frozen (2 oz each) - 108,000 each
6. Taco Shells, Corn - 140,000 each
7. Frozen Potatoes (French Fries) - 20,000 lbs
8. Ground Beef Patties (80% Lean) - 20,000 lbs
9. Ground Beef (80% Lean) - 20,000 lbs
10. Beef Roast (Top or Bottom Round) - 20,000 lbs.
11. Additional pork products and other items as specified in the full solicitation documents.

Period of Performance
The delivery date for all items is set for January 29, 2025.

Place of Performance
All products will be delivered to the Federal Bureau of Prisons facility located at FCC Beaumont in Beaumont, TX.
