Background
The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the United States Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 19GE5025R0048 for meal voucher card services intended for Locally Employed Staff at the U.S. Embassy in Brussels, Belgium.
