Description

The NY National Guard is requesting quotes to provide Bulk tray BREAKFAST meals and a combination of bulk and packaged DINNER meals for all PAX to be dropped off at 42d Infantry Division Drive (Main Tank Trail) Fort Drum, NY, 13603 from 7 August - 16 August 2025.
Delivery Location: 42d Infantry Division Drive (Main Tank Trail) Fort Drum, NY, 13603
Delivery/ Drop off time, 15 mins prior to meal start time.
Meal start time; 0630hrs Breakfast and 1700hrs Dinner.

Additional Notes: Dietary Restrictions as follows:

Vegetarian 15 packaged meals per scheduled feeding

Dietary Restrictions are for 15 separate people and apply to all meals
Meals to be delivered NLT 15 min prior to scheduled feeding times listed.
Meals should follow 21 Day Menu.

This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work and 21-day menu attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Scope of Work has been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. The awardee will be invoicing in the WAWF system. All Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.GOV. Requirement is currently unfunded and will be awarded when funding becomes available.
Attachments: RFQ, SOW, Feeding Schedule and NYARNG 21-day menu.

Background
The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) is seeking quotes to provide bulk tray breakfast meals and a combination of bulk and packaged dinner meals for personnel at Fort Drum, NY.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that all meals are delivered in accordance with military standards and dietary restrictions during the specified period.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a total of 4,776 meals, including:
- CLIN 0001: Breakfast (Bulk Trays); 8 August - 16 August; 2,388 Meals
- CLIN 0002: Dinner (Bulk Trays); 7 August - 15 August; 1,644 Meals
- CLIN 0003: Dinner (Individually Packaged); 7 August - 15 August; 744 Meals

Meals must be delivered no later than 15 minutes prior to scheduled feeding times: Breakfast at 0630 hours and Dinner at 1700 hours.

Dietary restrictions include vegetarian options for 15 individuals per scheduled feeding. All meals should adhere to the attached 21 Day Menu.
