Amendment-01: correction to the solicitation closing date on the solicitation document from April 21st to April 28th. The closing date of the solicitation is Monday, April 28th, 2025 at 8:00 am Eastern Time. Amendment document must be signed and submitted with quote in order for quote to be accepted.

The NY National Guard is requesting quotes to provide Individually Packaged meals to the New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) Cram DFAC, Bldg. 116, Camp Ethan Allen Training Site, Vt. 05465. 30MAY-2JUNE.

This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work and 21-day menu attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Scope of Work has been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. The awardee will be invoicing in the WAWF system. All Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.GOV.

Background
The New York National Guard (NYARNG) is seeking quotes to provide individually packaged meals for their dining facility (DFAC) located at Bldg. 12-58, Susquehanna Avenue, Fort Indiantown Gap, PA.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the NYARNG has access to nutritious meals during their operational period from May 30 to June 2.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver a total of 1,638 individually packaged meals as follows:
- CLIN 0001: Breakfast from May 31 to June 2; Quantity: 722 Meals
- CLIN 0002: Lunch on June 2; Quantity: 194 Meals
- CLIN 0003: Dinner from May 30 to June 1; Quantity: 722 Meals

Meals must be delivered no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meal times, which are Breakfast at 0700 hours and Dinner at 1800 hours. Additionally, a bagged lunch on June 2 must be delivered simultaneously with the breakfast meal.

Dietary restrictions include non-pork, vegetarian, peanut allergy, and egg allergy considerations for a total of twelve individuals.
