MDMC - Dyno Test Cell Unit Requirement

Background
The United States Marine Depot Maintenance Center (MDMC) is seeking a Firm-Fixed Price supply contract for the delivery and installation of a Dyno Test Cell unit. This acquisition is aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the MDMC in maintaining and testing engines, aligning with their mission to support the operational readiness of the Marine Corps. The contract is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial products and services, ensuring that all supplies meet specified technical standards.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, safety measures, supervision, and associated permits to complete the work for furnishing, installing, and starting up upgraded Dyno equipment at MCLB Albany, GA. The specific equipment required includes:
- 2 x DX34-HS ENGINE DYNAMOMETER (1000HP)
- 2 x SUB-BASE KIT, DX34-DX36 28" CL
- 2 x GUARD, DRIVESHAFT, BASE MOUNT 19" CL W/O I
- 2 x TRANSMITTER STAND ASSEMBLY, ENGINE, DX33
- 2 x LOAD CONTROL ASSEMBLY, ENGINE, DX34-36
- 2 x DRIVESHAFT (1810 G2.5 BALANCE)
- 2 x TORSIONAL COUPLING (1710/1810)
- 2 x TD-3100 ENGINE DYNAMOMETER (1250HP)
- 1 x LOAD CONTROL ASSEMBLY (ENGINE TD3100-31)
- 1 x DynPro2 DAQ/Control Package.

Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for system start-up including commissioning and operator training on the equipment purchased. Training will cover basic system functionality including running pre-written automated tests and manual operation.

The work will be performed at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, Georgia.
