Amendment 0001 - To include Attachment 0025 MIL-DTL-32641

The United States Army on behalf of the Project Manager Close Combat Systems (PM CCS) has a requirement for the production, testing, packaging and delivery of CAP, BLASTING: non-electric, 30 ft. shock tube, M11 (M11 Blasting Cap Assembly/M11 Assembly); CAP, BLASTING: non-electric, 5 minute time fuse delay, M14 (M14 Blasting Cap Assembly/M14 Assembly); CAP, BLASTING: non-electric, 25ms and 200ms delay, 70 ft. shock tube, M15 (M15 Blasting Cap Assembly/M15 Assembly); and DUMMY BOOSTER, DEMOLITION CHARGE: non-electric, 30 ft. inert detonating cord, M652 (M652 Dummy Booster Assembly/M652 Assembly).

This is a competitive 100% full and open solicitation. Award shall be made to the offeror whose proposal is the best value to the Government utilizing a trade-off source selection methodology.
