Background
The MDA (Missile Defense Agency) is issuing a contract for the operation and maintenance of the Eglin Range and the US Army Training Ranges (USATR).
The goal of this contract is to ensure effective management and support of these facilities, which are critical for defense operations.
The contractor will be responsible for providing various services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services for both the Eglin Range and US Army Training Ranges.
Specific tasks include:
- O&M of the Eglin Range, including labor as per the Performance Work Statement.
- Test and test support services in accordance with Tier 1 Technical Directives.
- Acquisition of Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) to support O&M requirements.
- Travel in support of O&M activities, with reimbursement for travel costs as per applicable regulations.
- Management of overtime costs associated with O&M tasks.
- Provision of all labor identified in Tier 1 Technical Directives supporting both Eglin Range and USATR requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from January 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026, with options for extensions and additional periods as specified in the solicitation.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
