The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MCTP) - Fort Eustis, VA is hereby posting a DRAFT Solicitation for the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), Fort Leavenworth, KS. The previous solicitation number W911S0-MCTP-17 will no longer be used in reference to this requirement. Please refer to W911S0-16-R-0007 for all updates relating to this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services and the size standard is $27,500,000.

The DRAFT Solicitation, or DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP), is not a formal Solicitation, but is used to gather comments and suggestions from potential offerors prior to the release of the formal Solicitation. The DRAFT RFP is designed to reduce proposal preparation and evaluation time and promote a clearer understanding to industry of the MCTP requirement. This notice does not constitute an invitation for bids or a RFP and is not a commitment by the Government to procure services. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement.
Interested parties are asked to submit questions, comments and/or suggestions on the DRAFT documents posted. The only information in Section L pertaining to this DRAFT RFP is the due date and points of contact. The remaining information is not applicable as the Government is not requesting proposals at this time. This notice includes the DRAFT PWS and DRAFT DD 254 only.
