McNary & Libby Dams Under-Bridge Inspection Truck Rental & Operators   2

Background
The contract is issued by the Army Corps of Engineers, Civil Works, with the purpose of providing an under-bridge inspection truck and operators to inspect five USACE-owned bridges at Libby Dam and McNary Dam. Work Details
The contractor is required to provide an under-bridge inspection truck (UBIT) along with two certified operators. The UBIT must meet specific performance capabilities, including a horizontal reach of 60 feet and a vertical reach down of 60 feet, with a basket capacity of 600 pounds. The truck must be in good condition, with all necessary documentation available for review. Operators must be fully trained and certified, and their certifications must be submitted within seven days of contract award. The contractor is also responsible for lodging and transportation for the operators to and from the project site.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from August 26, 2025, to September 18, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will take place at Libby Dam located at 17877 Highway 37, Libby, MT 59923 and McNary Dam located at 82790 Devore Road, Umatilla, OR 97882.
