The Marine Corps Installations East (MCI-East) Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for a comprehensive, commercial Waste Management Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Background
The Marine Corps Installations East (MCI-East) Regional Contracting Office is seeking a comprehensive Waste Management Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The primary goal of this acquisition is to ensure reliable, environmentally compliant, and uninterrupted solid waste collection, recycling, and disposal services across designated MCI-East installations and supported facilities.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and management for waste management operations. This includes:

1. Provision and maintenance of collection containers.
2. Scheduled and unscheduled refuse removal.
3. Operation of recycling programs in compliance with Federal, State, local, and Department of War environmental regulations.

Task Orders will specify service frequencies, container quantities, and locations. The Contractor must service 100% of portable toilets, handwashing stations, and gray water tanks on schedule.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for this IDIQ contract is five (5) years and six (6) months, consisting of one (1) twelve-month base period, four (4) twelve-month option periods, and one (1) six-month extension if all options are exercised.
