The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (USP) McCreary, intends to issue solicitation 15B12026Q00000005 for Quarterly Certified Halal Meals. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site for all updates and amendments. Bids must be received no later than May 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. Please note that deliveries will begin July 1, 2026, and will not be accepted prior to that date.

Payments will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $15,000.00 or less. Per FAR 52.212-3, all offerors must have an active registration and completed representations and certifications within the System for Award Management (SAM); the legacy ORCA system is no longer in use.
