The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA. has a requirement to provide emergency ambulance and standby medical support for the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar Air Show for years 2024-2028. The estimated attendance for each year's air show is 100,000 people per day. The services expected to be performed under this contract requires services to be provided at the advanced life support (ALS) level and basic life support (BLS) level in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations. These services shall be performed at MCAS Miramar, CA.

Background
The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA. has a requirement to provide emergency ambulance and standby medical support for the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar Air Show for years 2024-2028. The estimated attendance for each year’s air show is 100,000 people per day. The services expected to be performed under this contract requires services to be provided at the advanced life support (ALS) level and basic life support (BLS) level in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
These services shall be performed at MCAS Miramar, CA.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all emergency ambulance and standby medical support for the entire Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar Air Show for years 2024 - 2028. All services will be provided at the advanced life support (ALS) level and basic life support (BLS) level. The contractor must provide a detailed plan for the management of the medical support and equipment, ambulance, standby medical, support vehicles and any other equipment required.
The contractor shall also provide manpower and equipment including ambulances, clinical equipment or supplies. Additionally, the contractor must have successful prior experience supporting large scale events (100,000+ attendees).
