This announcement constitutes a Solicitation notice in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District hereby announces Request for Proposal solicitation entitled, MCAF PNEK063092 Secure Integration Support Laboratory, Maui, Hawaii as described within this announcement.
This project is a Design-Bid-Build solicitation, utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15.
This requirement is an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) for this requirement is 236220. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $45,000,000 annual average revenue. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price construction contract as a result of this solicitation.

Project Description: Construct a 55,634 square feet office, supercomputing, and laboratory complex, complete with necessary features such as perimeter fence, controlled entry point, secured area, and modern office building features. The project will be compliant with current DoD and Air Force Anti-Terrorism (AT) and Force Protection (FP) requirements. This facility would be built to meet Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) mission requirements.
The estimated period of performance is 710 calendar days. Project magnitude is between $50,000,000 to $100,000,000.
