Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ): 79,308

This acquisition will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside for the manufacture and delivery of the Marine Corps Long Sleeve Khaki Men Shirt (PGC 02923). The MC Long Sleeve Khaki Men Shirt shall be manufactured in accordance with Class 1 OF MIL-S-3649G dated 12 October 1989 and Attachment 1A dated 12 April 2010: Pattern Date: 26 April 2006.

This procurement will result in one award of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Type contract with a one (1) year base term and four (4) (one-year) option terms. The guaranteed minimum and maximum order limitation /annual estimated quantities (AEQ) for Item 0001 will be 31,723 min and 79,308 AEQ each under the base term and each option term. The Annual Order Limitation Quantity (AOLQ) per Term is 99,135 each for item. The AOLQ refers to the annual ordering limitation in FAR 52.216-19. Therefore, the overall contract maximum quantity is 495,675 each.

This will be a non-GFM award. The Government will still make available to the Contractor, for use in connection with and under the terms of this contract, the material set forth below, and the Contractor shall utilize such materials in the furnishing of supplies hereunder. All other types of materials required in the performance of this contract shall be furnished by the Contractor*.
