AMENDMENT 0005 - The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the proposal due date from 11 Jul 2023 to 13 July 2023. It also provides responses to questions submitted by industry in Attachment 27 (Round 3 of 3) which resulted in the following attachments being updated: Attachments 1, 2, 15, 19, 22, and 24. A summary of changes is being provided with this amendment to show the updates to Attachment 1, MAFB PWS dated 28 Jun 2023. Section H (H001) of the Request for Proposal has been updated to revise the Key Positions and the description has been updated for Contract Line Item Numbers X014.

AMENDMENT 0004 - The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the proposal due date from 29 June 2023 to 11 July 2023 and add clause FAR 52.204-27, Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application.

AMENDMENT 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to update Attachment 17 with the site visit information and sign-in sheet. The proposal due date is not being extended at this time.

AMENDMENT 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to industry questions (Round 2 of 3) in Attachment 26 resulting in Attachments 1, 15, and 19 being updated. A summary of changes is being provided with this amendment to show the updates to Attachment 1, MAFB PWS dated 5 Jun 2023. The due date of Volumes II-IV is being extended from 15 Jun 2023 to 29 Jun 2023 at 1500 CDT.

AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to the first round of industry questions in Attachment 25 resulting in Attachments 7, 15, 16, 20 and 21 being updated. The due date of all Volumes is not being extended at this time.

SOLICITATION NOTICE/RFP Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base (MAFB) Base Operations Support (BOS)The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Randolph, Texas (TX), is issuing this Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide non-personal Base Operations Support (BOS) at Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base (MAFB) in Montgomery, Alabama (AL). The solicitation/RFP identifier is FA300223R0009. This requirement involves providing non-personal BOS for the 42nd Air Base Wing (ABW) located at Maxwell AFB, AL. The Service Provider (SP) shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and supervision required to accomplish a broad range of BOS services. The SP shall meet all requirements and responsibilities in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (See Solicitation Attachments 1) applicable to the following sixteen (16) functional areas: PWS Section 2 - All Services PWS Section 3 - Maintenance PWS Section 5 - Resource Management PWS Section 7 - Communications and Information Technology PWS Section 9 - Publishing Management PWS Section 10 - Installation Management PWS Section 11 - Operations Management PWS Section 12 - Installation Engineering PWS Section 14 - Emergency Management PWS Section 15 - Vertical Transportation Equipment PWS Section 21 - Airfield Management Services PWS Section 23 - Supply Services PWS Section 25 - Transportation PWS Section 28 - Community Services PWS Section 30 - Human Resources PWS Section 32 - Weather. This acquisition will be a competitive 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside and will be a Best Value/Subjective Trade-off source selection. A multi-day pre-proposal conference/site visit is anticipated to be held at Maxwell AFB during week of 22nd-25th May 2023.
