Maxwell AFB - PNQS 25-4516 Demo Building 1450 & Reno Building 1033 - A&E - Sources Sought

Background
The 42d Contracting Squadron located at 50 LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, has a requirement for Architect Engineer Services. This request for SOURCES SOUGHT aims to identify sources capable of providing these services for the demolition of Building 1450 and the interior refresh of Building 1033 at Maxwell AFB. The firm must be located within a 250-mile radius of Maxwell Air Force Base and have registered architects and/or engineers as members of the firm.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary architectural-engineering services to accomplish the following tasks: demolish Building 1450 and perform an interior refresh of Building 1033 at Maxwell AFB. The service provider will be responsible for all design work necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to: construction drawings, specifications, design analyses, cost estimates, construction submittal register, drawing list, specification list, bid schedules, product and material technical data sheets, and working sketches.

For submission requirements: 65% drawings and specifications require two sets of bound half-size drawings and one set of bound specifications along with electronic formats on CD; 100% submissions require three sets of bound half-size drawings and specifications along with electronic formats on CD. All final construction drawings must be delivered in both bound copies and electronic format as AutoCAD '.dwg' files (2007 or greater). Cost estimates must be 'LEVEL 5' as defined by the Whole Building Design Guide.
