Background
The 42nd Force Support Squadron Community Services Flight, Maxwell AFB, AL requires the purchase of a complete and usable commercial grade Laser Tag System capable of integrating hardware and software to blend live action game play with video games for an unparalleled live action gaming and team building experience in the Last Stand Laser Tag Arena.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide 24 player laser tag equipment including taggers with battery charging capabilities, headgear, a powered scope port, vibration feedback, removable flip mag, adjustable stock, SD cards for easy update of sound files, and shoulder sling to carry the equipment. System must be capable of future expansion for up to 48 players. The system must separate stationary utility boxes and loot boxes with customization that can be multi-use to act as a medical kit, respawn capabilities, ammo reload, and sensor box, that can be spread out throughout the arena, as well as bullseye smart targets for interactive gameplay and grenades and shock bracelets for added tactical options. Must include all necessary firmware update equipment/capability for taggers and utility boxes. Must be able to operate off WIFI. Must be a hybrid system capable of indoor/outdoor use to accommodate different playing environments. Must have a capability to provide updates remotely through WIFI. and include comprehensive game engine for game control, management, and customization, including an admin mode for control and the ability to create unlimited game types.
Must include level settings, unlockable equipment and rewards, a system for tracking and rewarding player achievements, control of animatronics, real-time scoring, in-game lobby management, kill streaks, special rule setting, control of music and sound effects, player type creation, and live kill confirmation. Must include necessary software to program laser tag equipment for multiple game weapon types and built-in weapon swap feature for seamless switching between weapons and customization options. This will give staff the ability to assign available guns to on-deck players whether signed in as guests or on the free game app to streamline operations and keep games running smoothly. The system must allow players to log in and join sessions.
Must include wireless Bluetooth connectivity for wireless communication between equipment. The contractor shall provide training on all equipment and be available after the initial purchase to provide customer service and trouble shooting situations if they arise. Must include visual indicator for ammo and health. Must be durable to withstand drops bangs against walls and general abuse from participants of all ages. Must include responsive LED lights and options to expand responsive system with fog machines. Must include capabilities for multiple and responsive sound effects and integration of animatronics and smart environment add-ons for immersive gaming experience as well as a terminal soundboard that allows configuring sounds adding points during games.
Must include expandable pinpoint. All batteries must be rechargeable easy to swap for uninterrupted gameplay fully charged gun batteries must last 6 hours or more. Must include a free mobile application for heads-up display stat progress tracking personalization engagement with the game available on Google Play iOS support QR code scanning using the front or rear camera for player login sign-in at the venue easy access to player information including a customer portal for personalized experiences custom content seamlessly integrate with Facebook other social media allow social interaction features enhanced player engagement. Must include a scoring system to track display player achievements performance including leaderboards showcasing current game daily weekly monthly scores.
