Background

Work Details

The building must include essential systems such as electric power, water supply, wastewater management, communications infrastructure, high bay electric radiant heaters for apparatus bays, split system heat pumps for other rooms, vehicle exhaust capture systems within apparatus bays, exhaust systems for HAZMAT storage room and other facilities (restrooms, kitchen/breakroom), plumbing systems throughout the building, utility connections for all services including fire alarm systems. Additionally, the contractor must demolish and replace the existing site fence. The project requires compliance with local building codes and standards.

The contract is expected to be performed over a period of 600 calendar days from the notice to proceed (NTP) issuance on October 30, 2025.
