This is an award for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is ISO204-24 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business; small business size standard for this solicitation is $24.5 in millions of dollars. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into one (1) base year and four (4) option years if exercised, firm-fixed-price contract.

Master Planning professional services support. The Contractor shall assist in the following Military Construction (MILCON) programming areas for the 9th MSC DPW PlansDivision: Master and/or Community Planning; General Engineering and
Military Construction to include but not limited to: Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC), Military Construction Army Reserve (MCAR), Maintenance and Repair Army Reserve (MRAR), and Unspecified Minor Military Construction Army Reserve (UMMCAR); and management of diverse plans program areas.
